Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on eligible orders (as displayed during checkout).
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use it to track your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after these attempts, it may be returned to us.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Trendzr.in is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package.
